Orders created by customers show in our systems upon the client's completion of payment. Once the projects are reviewed and approved by the VoiceBros management team, the project is transferred to the "Projects" section of the artist's account. Additionally, a project-related email is sent to the artist to notify them of the project. This whole process takes a maximum of 30 minutes.
If deemed necessary, the administrator can request revisions from the customer regarding the received script. If you're not receiving emails, please check your spam folder and mark the email as not spam if it's found there.
