The customer's request for a quote (Price Inquiry) will initially be sent to you via an email notification. To provide pricing details, you can log in to the system and carefully review the Price Inquiry under the "My Quotes" menu.
Sometimes, customers may inquire about pricing through the messaging section. Please refrain from providing written prices through this section. In such cases, kindly request the customer to provide detailed information about their project through the "Request Brief" button. You can now have the customer fill out a "Quote Request" form and create an order based on the price you have provided.
