Just as the rights of artists are protected, we at VoiceBros.com aim to protect the rights of all of our clients.
Sometimes, a client may not achieve the desired sound you are looking for or may not be satisfied with the audio delivered. In such cases, clients will be provided with the option to "Reject a Project" where they can receive a refund of the amount paid. However, VoiceBros also safeguards the rights of the artist. 40% of the rejected project fee (up to a maximum of $300 USD) is financed by VoiceBros and transferred to the artist's account.
This policy only applies to projects approved by VoiceBros. No payment is made to the artist for works that have been rejected by VoiceBros support team and deemed inappropriate for delivery to the client.
