My name is Jonathan, a trained British Voice Actor with nearly eight years of coaching and six years of professional experience in Voiceover, ranging from Corporate Clients such as Broen Labs and Xplor to AAA and Indie Game Developers like Playside Studios and Inti Creates. I also have training and experience in both Live Action and Animation ADR, particularly with rythmo band. Clients have described my voice as rich, resonant, deep, tempered with gravitas, very genre adaptable and (almost) unmistakably British sounding! I say almost as, strangely enough, my native accent has somehow been confused for Scottish, London, Welsh and one time even Spanish. Your guess is as good as mine. I developed and expanded my professional foundations in both acting and Voice Acting at the City Academy in London and later, The Showreel in Soho in the heart of London. Complementing this was both a six month training in Radio Broadcasting/Audio Editing at Point Blank Music School and a six month course in professional Audio Production at the London Academy of Music Production (London Lamp) in the years 2016-2017. In the years since, I have attended several intensive workshops, Voiceover conferences and have been coached by top professionals in the Voiceover and Audio industries. In 2022 I attended Voiceover Atlanta in the US, connecting with and learning from some of the highest coaches and industry figures.

Actor and singer, I've been working with my voice for many years. Naturally soft and warm, it can become more informative, straight, sensual, energetic... or anything else, depending on your project. I was born in Mardin in 1982. I completed my primary and secondary education in Urfa, Mardin, and Batman. I pursued higher education in Ankara (Hacettepe Üniversitesi), Istanbul (Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi), and Mersin (Mersin Üniversitesi). I am currently continuing my master's degree in Tourism Guidance at Mersin Üniversitesi. I began my cinema career in 2004 with the film Gece 11:45 directed by Ercan Durmuş. Subsequently, I appeared as an actor in Kurdish films directed by Ali Kemal ÇINAR including Veşarti, Gênco, Di Navberê De, and Beriya Şevê. I also performed in director M.Salih DEMİR's film Cano. My cinema work continues in the areas of short film directing, cinematography, documentary projects, and film acting.

I have been serving in the voice over industry for approximately 14 years. The journey that began with radio programming progressed into various areas such as promotional films, commercials, documentaries, and educational content. I started voice over work informally and later received training in diction, acting, voice over, and dubbing.

For years, I have been reading books for the visually impaired. I earned my certificate by receiving voice acting and dubbing training from highly valued instructors. I provide voice-overs for commercials, books, and fairy tales. I do voice-over work with the joy that comes from being able to do something I love.

I have participated in various trainings and workshops using Meisner, Grotowski, and Chekhov acting methods. I continue to perform on stage professionally and gain experience. I received Voice Over and Dubbing training at Başkent İletişim Akademisi. I have worked as a voice over artist for video narrations on various YouTube channels (Ya Meraktan, Bak Bakalım, Beyinn, Bunlar Kaçmaz, Tiyatrolog TV, etc.) and in audiobook projects (Hayvan Çiftliği-George Orwell, Alın Teri-Jack London). I am actively continuing my work in the voice over and dubbing field.
