Most projects require a read that feels like a real person, not "announcer-y." Comedy, sincerity, and characters are my specialty. Expect swagger, confidence and gravitas if needed. I'm a lifelong performer in audio production, radio, acting and music. I've voiced and produced decades' worth of creative radio commercials, entertaining radio, and voice overs for national TV spots, popular video games, animation, online videos, presentations, toys (including Batman!) and audiobooks. Born in Ankara, Emre Yurttakalın completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe Üniversitesi Ankara Devlet Konservatuvarı acting department in 2013. He transitioned his theatre career, which began as an amateur in 2007, into a professional venture in 2013 by establishing an Education Center and Private Theatre in Ankara. For 8 years, he served as the general artistic director of the center he founded, performing 3200 shows on his own stage and in many cities across Turkey, playing leading roles in 2500 of these performances. Between 2013-2020, he hosted various documentaries, educational programs, travel shows, children's programs, and live broadcasts on TRT, including "Dil Bilgesi", "Üstün Dökmen ile Yaşama Yerleşmek", "23 Nisan Şenliğin Ardından Belgesel", "Merhaba", and "Sarı Programı". He continues to work with TRT on a project basis. Yurttakalın has participated in voice-over, series, and cinema projects, and has signed on to many projects as a director as well. Since 2013, he has provided filming and post-production services for corporate, educational institution, and government promotional films and training materials, while also offering digital media design, content production, and design consultancy for social media platforms. He handles pre-production, production, and post-production activities for corporate training and social media platforms. Yayınevlerinden talep edilen metinlerin seslendirilmesini gerçekleştirerek Storytel platformu üzerinde de aktif olarak seslendirmeler gerçekleştirmekteyim. Hangi metinlerle daha mutluyum derseniz, açıkça söylemek gerekirse yavaş, kurumsal, duygusal ve ağırlığı olan metinleri kendime daha çok yakıştırıyorum. Anadolu Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Sahne Sanatları Tiyatro Bölümü’nden mezun oldu, Yüksek Lisansını aynı alanda yaptı, Doktora’da ise tarih alanına yöneldi. Pek çok oyun yönetti, sanat kurumlarında sanat yönetmenliği ve yerel yönetimlerde danışmanlık ve kültür koordinatörlüğü yaptı. Uzun yıllar üniversitelerde ve sanat merkezlerinde diksiyon, oyunculuk, seslendirme, sanat kuramları ve teorileri alanlarında dersler verdi. Bürokraside ve sanat dünyasında bulunan önemli bazı isimlerin yetişmesine katkı sağladı. Sinema ve televizyon oyunculuğunun yanı sıra, çok sayıda program hazırladı ve sundu. Hala basın kartı sahibi bir gazeteci olarak TVNET’te Ketebe programını hazırlayıp sunuyor, pek çok dergide yazılar yazıyor, belgesel, reklam ve tanıtım filmleri seslendiriyor ve Turgut Özal Üniversitesi Sanat Tasarım ve Mimarlık Fakültesi Oyunculuk bölümünde ana meslek dersleri veriyor.

I was born in Bursa in 1977. I graduated from Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi English Language Teaching Department. I have been doing voice over work on various platforms for 10 years. I work as a Turkish Diction and English teacher in France. I can perform voice overs in Turkish, English, and French. I attended Bursa Devlet Tiyatrosu Acting School for 2 years, where I received training in stage performance, diction, and acting. I took part in various theater productions. From 2001 to 2008, I performed as an actor at Günizi Tiyatrosu.

I have provided voice-overs for United Nations Development Programmes, TUBİTAK Projects, the Ministry of National Education's 'Fatih Projesi', radio commercials, and promotional films. I served as an announcer and external producer at TRT Ankara Radyosu. I currently work as a news anchor at an international news agency.
