Zurück in Deutschland – Ende der 90er – mimte Ron zumeist den körperbetonten Bösewicht in fast allen gängigen TV-Serienformaten, wie z. B. Tatort, Großstadtrevier, Rosenheim-Cops, SOKO Leipzig & München u.v.m., wirkte aber auch in zahlreichen Kinoproduktionen mit. Seine Vielseitigkeit konnte er zudem vornehmich an diversen Theatern (u. a. Thalia-Theater-Hamburg, Oldenburgisches Staatstheater, Staatstheater Heidelberg) unter Beweis stellen. Seine Karriere als Synchronschauspieler und Sprecher kam ins Rollen, als die US-Serien auch in Deutschland populär wurden und er bei deren Übersetzung ins Deutsche zu seiner eigenen Synchronstimme wurde. Sprache und Tonalität sind seitdem vermehrt zentraler Mittelpunkt seines Schaffens. Neben Synchronisationen und Voiceovers spricht er auch Hörbücher, Hörspiele, Werbespots und Imagefilme. Inzwischen stand er diesbezüglich für zahlreiche namhafte Marken (z.B. Mercedes-Benz, BMW) und Firmen (z.B. Toyota, Roche oder Ricola) am Mikrofon und lieh lange Zeit Hollywood-Schaupielern wie Michael Madsen, Peter Coyote und Billy Zane seine Stimme. Ron Matz's talents are diverse, ranging from acting to music to bodybuilding (former Mr. Universe). Hello; I graduated from BEÜ Mechanical Engineering. I completed my dubbing and acting training at Federal Film Akademi in 2018-2019. I performed twice in the play Karar 10 with the Galatasaray Üniversitesi theater group. I have worked as a supporting actor in numerous TV series and commercials, both with and without dialogue. I am currently working as a casting assistant at DSE Stüdyo. At the same time, I continue to do voice dubbing work at DSE and other studios.

I am 47 years old and have received training and certification from three esteemed instructors at TRT. I hold an accredited diction course certificate approved by Arel University. For 8 years, I worked at local TV stations as a news anchor, arts and poetry presenter, documentary voice-over artist, commercial voice talent, and special event host for music choirs. I worked at Şişecam institutions for 15 years. I am an artist of words and emotions. On my website, I create voice-overs focused on psychology and women's awareness. 1976 yılında, Ankara'da doğan Atilla KILIÇ, ortaokul yıllarında tiyatroyla ilgilenmeye başladı. Lise yıllarında da yine okul tiyatrosunda görev alan sanatçı, Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu'nun oyunlarında çalışmaya başladıktan sonra, Ank. Sanat Tiyatrosu'nun kursiyeri oldu ve aynı yıl Bilkent Üni. Konservatuvarı, Oyunculuk Ana Sanat Dalı'nın yetenek sınavını tam burslu kazandı. 2000 yılında başarıyla mezun olduktan sonra, sinema ve tiyatro çalışmalarını 3 yıl Almanya'da sürdürdü. Kendi yazıp, yönettiği: "Hanedanlık" adlı oyunuyla; Frankfurt'ta, Avrupalı İşçiler Federasyonu Sanat Festivali'nde, ekibiyle birincilik ödülü kazandı. Ülkesine dönünce, Devlet Tiyatrosu'nun oyunlarında oynamaya devam etti. Yine aynı yıllarda, TRT başta olmak üzere, pek çok reklam, dizi, film, çizgi film, belgesel, video oyunu ve sesli kitap projesi seslendirmesinde, yüzlerce kez seslendirme kaydına girdi.
