He studied at Nişantaşı Işık Lisesi and İktisadi ve Ticari Bilimler Akademisi. He later trained at İstanbul Belediye Konservatuvarı. He completed a master's degree in political science. He has worked on voice over projects for numerous films and television series, as well as television programs and commercials. He worked as a director at TRT and performed at Gazanfer Özcan Tiyatrosu. He is known for voicing Victor in the series Yalan Rüzgârı. He is married to voice over artist Birtanem Coşkun Candaner.
