Before 2001, I worked individually across various branches of the media sector, and after 2001, I continued as a company. I established production workshops and professional studios that combined corporate advertising agency and production services. I have over 20 years of experience and career background in voiceover, and more than 30 years in musicianship and vocal performance. My professional singles and albums are available on many digital platforms including Apple Music and Spotify. In addition to voiceover work, I continue to produce music. I was born in İzmir in 1992. After graduating from Ege Üniversitesi Faculty of Communication, I completed diction training and began my voice-over career. I currently work on commercials, promotional videos, and audiobook narrations.

Hello, I'm Pelin Rüzgar. I graduated from İTÜ TMDK Voice Training Department. I received voice-over training at Dr. Medya Akademi and Mehmet Şelli Akademi. I've been involved with music since my youth, both singing and playing instruments. While pursuing music, I also continued my education and entered the Chemistry Department at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi in 2005, graduating in 2010. However, after years of academic training, I decided to work in a field related to my youthful passion for music rather than my degree, and began working as a production coordinator at Max Fm, a radio station operating in Ankara. For approximately 2 years, in addition to my production coordination duties, I voiced various commercials that went on air. Thanks to my years of education and the 2 years I spent at Max Fm, I developed my diction and voice control to a high level. Currently, I am actively working as a voice over artist on various projects from my own home studio.
