I was born on September 18, 1982 in Istanbul, where I currently reside. In 2020, I completed Dubbing and Voice Acting training at Dialog Anlatım İletişim. Since 2024, I have been continuing my dubbing studies at Tolga Tibet Atölye Master Class. Since 2023, I have been involved in theater and music as an amateur. In 2025, I voiced the Starbucks social media advertisement. I am currently dubbing TV series and vertical films. I have a soft vocal tone, which is why I have primarily voiced young adult, youth, and child characters of both genders.

I received voiceover, dubbing, and diction training from master artists and TRT Announcers at Federal Film Akademi. I am also a Diction Instructor (İstanbul Biruni Üniversitesi). I completed my commercial voiceover training at İstanbul GUK Akademi. I work in many areas including commercial voiceovers, promotional content, in-store announcements, IVR systems, announcements, YouTube, Instagram and social media content, educational videos, academic projects, and audiobooks for various companies. I have 2 audiobook projects published on Storytel. Hello, I'm Pelin Rüzgar. I graduated from İTÜ TMDK Voice Training Department. I received voice-over training at Dr. Medya Akademi and Mehmet Şelli Akademi. I would like to help you with commercials, promotional content, documentaries, IVR systems, educational materials, in-store announcements, radio theater, film dubbing, animation, and commercial jingle voice-overs. To date, I have voiced numerous commercials, IVR systems, and promotional content. I have done dubbing work for the Ömer ve Hana animated series, which has been broadcast in many languages, as well as for vertical series. I host a program on Renk Radyo, an internet radio station.
