Hello, I'm İrfan Emsen. I'm a graduate of Bilkent Üniversitesi's English-language Architecture program, but my passion for voice over took precedence and I've continued my career in this direction. My voice over career began in 2019 when I volunteered for an audiobook project for the visually impaired, and continued with narrating books for my own YouTube channel and other channels. I've also voiced books and stories at the request of several esteemed authors. In addition to these, I work from my home recording studio doing commercials, promotional content, and character voice overs. I've also been regularly contributing my voice to videos for a YouTube channel producing entertainment-related content for over a year. I also lend my voice to support individuals and communities as part of social responsibility initiatives. I have also completed the announcer-presenter certificate program at Diyalog İletişim Akademisi. Alongside my acting career, I have been providing effective communication and diction training for over 15 years in academies, universities, and private lesson settings. I was born in Ankara in 1983. After working in the finance sector between 2007 and 2016, I entered the voice-over community with small steps in 2019 after completing my diction training. In 2022, I narrated Maksim Gorki's Mother for two audiobook applications. It is an 11-hour recording. In 2023, I voiced three children's books. For the children's books, I performed the sentences that required a child's voice as a male child voice. In 2023, I started taking dubbing lessons from dubbing artist Tolga Tibet. We completed our lessons without interruption until May 2024. Since 2023, I have been continuing to provide commercial voice-overs for videos produced by Gufiverse advertising company. Brands I have worked with so far: Migros, Duru, Zip, Beko, Atasun, Lcw, Philips, Remove Care, Canon.

Born in 1989 in Bakırköy, Istanbul, Cem Özacar solidified his interest in the media world by completing his studies in Radio and Television Programming in 2008. In 2009, he gained experience in print media as a news writer for a newspaper. In 2020, he began his acting training and quickly found opportunities across various digital platforms, feature films, series, and commercials. He starred as "Mr. Suit" in the short film Frost, his first foreign language project prepared for international festivals. He also garnered attention with his leading role in the Turkish postmodernist short film Moneyhead. Since 2023, he has been actively involved with the Kısa Kafası team as both an actor and director. He also teaches Cinema and Film courses at private institutions, passing on his knowledge to younger generations. In 2024, he founded the podcast program Off The Record. He personally handles the hosting, preparation, editing, and post-production of this program, which is broadcast on Spotify, YouTube, and Fizy platforms. The program features in-depth conversations about art and artists. Cem Özacar's diverse talents encompass acting, directing, teaching, production work, and podcast hosting. He provides dubbing and voice-over services for numerous series, films, animations, and documentaries on Amazon, Netflix, Disney, TV Plus, television, and cinema platforms. He delivers Basic Voice-Over and Dubbing as well as Advanced Voice-Over and Dubbing training to both young and adult age groups at private and public institutions. In addition to his artistic and professional activities, Özacar places importance on social responsibility projects and has been serving as a volunteer moderator and host at PKU Aile Derneği since 2023.
