Hello. I'm Yasemin Varyemişçi. I have been in the voice-over industry since 2001. I have worked on many projects that I truly enjoyed voicing, including animations, cartoons, films, documentaries, and series. Some of these include the character Jett in the Harika Kanatlar cartoon series, which I first recorded for TRT Televizyonu and later for various platforms; the character Elvis in the Elvis Riboldi cartoon series; the character Maya in Maya ve Üç Savaşçı; and countless other series and films. I have also provided voice-overs for various promotional and advertising projects. I love what I do. Thank you.

Professional voice artist since 2016, I've worked on over 600 projects to date (see “References” tab). My mother tongue is French, from France, and I'm also fluent in English (International and French-accented) and Swedish (French-accented). My mid-low voice has a natural warmth while also sounding reliable and knowledgeable, making it ideal for educational, inspiring and trust-inducing content, while keeping a friendly, kind and human touch. I'm also highly versatile and can increase the speed and energy level for ads and other high-impact content, and I'm able to create all kinds of character voices (or stick to mine for a less cartoony performance). I'm based in Kyoto, Japan, and work mostly from my home studio (specs under the “Equipments” tab). However, I'm always ready to move to external studios in the area (Osaka) or even travel back and forth to Tokyo. For major projects, I'm also ready to fly to whichever location is required.

I'm a woman who loves life, views sports as an integral part of living, and enjoys collecting pleasant memories. Before the pandemic, I took theater training, but just as our play was about to be staged, pandemic restrictions began and we were confined to our homes. Our enthusiasm for acting and stage experience ended before it could truly begin. Right during that period, I started taking online voice-over classes with my instructors Uğur Taşdemir and Tolga Tibet. I now do audiobook narrations, commercials, and film voice-overs, and I take great pleasure in this work.

I have been engaged in this art for 10 years. In this context: - I successfully graduated from Başkent İletişim Bilimleri Akademisi diction and announcing-hosting courses after 6 months of training. - I successfully graduated from Federal Film Akademi dubbing course after 6 weeks of training. Lazca’da “Denizden Gelen Fırtına” anlamına gelen albüm; Lazca, Megrelce ve Türkçe eserlerden oluşarak Karadeniz kültürünü modern ve özgün bir müzikal anlayışla buluşturdu. 2012 yılında Cem Radyo’da yayınlanan “Limcera” adlı müzik programını hazırlayıp sundu. Programda farklı sanatçıları konuk ederek Karadeniz müziği ve kültürüne katkı sundu. “Lazların Pavarottisi” olarak anılan sanatçı; Sesumi Duyacaksun (2013) ve A.Ş.K. – Akustik Şarkılarla Karadeniz (2016) albümleriyle müzik kariyerini sürdürdü. 2016 yılında katıldığı O Ses Türkiye yarışmasında çeyrek finale kadar yükseldi. 2018 yılından itibaren “Ustalara Saygı” projesi kapsamında özel single çalışmaları gerçekleştiren Bayrakoğlu; Ruhi Su, Ahmet Kaya, Neşet Ertaş, Müslüm Gürses ve Bülent Ersoy gibi birçok usta sanatçının eserlerini kendi yorumuyla yeniden seslendirdi. Sanat yaşamını; sesi, müziği ve anlatım gücüyle kültürel üretime katkı sunma anlayışıyla sürdürmektedir.
