I won 1st place in Turkey in the competition "Bir Şiir Bir Nefes" organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. I was born in Bursa in 1969. For over 30 years, I have worked in the news centers of both national and local television channels, serving in voice-over roles as well as on-screen positions. In addition to providing news, commercial, and promotional voice work for local and national radio stations, I have also lent my voice to dubbing and documentaries.

I've been working as a professional voiceover artist for around two years, focusing mainly on narration and commercials. I've voiced for brands including Barclays, Astra Zeneca, Airbus, Hasbro, Nurofen, Bupa, The Wool Room and many more. I recently also voiced the role of narrator for a popular visitor attraction in the South West of England, the museum ship the SS Great Britain. When I'm not recording in my booth, I work as a freelance newsreader and journalist for the BBC in Bristol, where I live. I also co-present the successful Trapped History podcast, which celebrates unsung heroes from the past.

I started my professional career as an Industrial Engineer in 2014 and have continued to this day taking on roles across different sectors. In 2021, I made the decision to pursue what I truly love. Even though I felt I had the aptitude for this art, I still believed it deserved proper training and dedication, so I completed my education. I'm here to add color to your scripts with my voice. Aimee Smith is a full-time voice talent who has recorded for 100s of video games like Smite and Warhammer 40K's Rogue Trader, animation shows across TV and Netflix, anime dubs for Crunchyroll, over 25+ audiobooks for publishers like Penguin Random House and Tantor Audio and National TVCs for brands like Aldi and Chemist Warehouse. She works regularly in her Australian, American and British accents and as a former Primary School Teacher, always brings a little sparkle into scripts!
