He produced and hosted radio and TV programs, and worked as a news anchor. He served as Press and Public Relations Director for private institutions, and undertook program production and hosting roles for national and local channels. He held positions including General Broadcasting Director, General Coordinator, News Coordinator, and General Manager at local radio and TV stations and agencies. Katie Leigh is a voice actor, director, coach and author. Possibly best known to the Christian community as Connie Kendall on Adventures in Odyssey. Since 1981, Katie Leigh has been a part of the Los Angeles voice over community, starring in such Emmy-award-winning and fan favorite hits as "Muppet Babies," (Baby Rowlf) "Darkwing Duck," (Honker Muddlefoot) "Richie Rich," (Richie) "Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears," (Sunni Gummi) "Totally Spies," (Alex) and many more. In 1987, she took on the role of Connie Kendall in the world-wide radio show "Adventures in Odyssey," a role she has continued ever since. In 2015, Katie took on her first voice directing job with the award winning radio play "Rex Tanner and the Sword of Damocles." She has directed several cartoon series and film trailers since. I was reading faster than my teachers in first grade. I have been a professional pianist for over 20 years. My musical ear allows me to understand the music of language, while my acting skills, developed through many years of teaching social dance and stage work, help me embody any character and create any mood. Among my passions is also the study of American pronunciation, which takes my vocal control to a fundamentally new level. I'm not afraid of the microphone, and it's not afraid of me. I love writing!
