I do voice-over work in Turkish and English for commercials, social media content, documentaries, and animation projects, and I also record radio jingles. I work as a post producer at an international post-production company, so I understand not only how a voice sounds, but how it works within an edit. I spent 5 years at Radyo Bilkent, producing live broadcasts, jingles, and original programs. During that time, I created shows like “Spoiler” (cinema), “Bi Rota” (travel), and “Demarkaj” (culture & arts) across YouTube, live radio, and podcast formats. I also worked at Bubble Works Media as a podcaster and audio content editor. I trained in diction with Mehpare Çelik, former chief announcer at TRT, and I also worked as a stage presenter during my time at Bilkent. Pascal LABROY started as a Micro Man in the 1980s, at the dawn of FM radio, where he cut his teeth working for a local radio station on the Picardy coast. Several years later, comedy came calling, and it was at Parc Astérix where he learned the craft and joined the entertainment team. He worked simultaneously at the park's radio station, Menhir FM. Still driven by the same desire to learn more about this profession as a host, he joined Groupe Skyrock (holding Nakama) to host a brand new station in the group: Chante France! He has a deep voice that allows him to navigate a very wide range of tones and intentions, perfectly suited to the many demands made of a voice-over artist. I was born in Taranto on the 18th of January 1989 and everything started when I was 8 and my older sister Annapaola asked me: "what would you like to do when you grow up?" My answer was: "a voiceover actor". Well, to be fair I wanted to become a football player as well, but let's say I was better with my voice than my feet. My education path led me towards a BA in Communication Sciences at University of Bari (Italy) achieved with a 1st Grade in 2013, which helped me to develop my skills for my profession. Before that, I attended the college IISS E. Majorana where I obtained a qualification as a technician in electronics and telecommunications. The very next year, I attended professional courses at Radiospeaker and at the Accademia Radio Televisiva, both situated in Rome, and both of them gave me the right tools to start my career in this business. I learned: Italian language diction rules in order to speak a more proficient Italian without any kind of accent how to breathe properly knowing the importance of pauses in every kind of speech how to apply a specific mood to my voice in order to meet customers' requests. Among the voiceover projects that quickly started to pile up, I began working at the local radio station of my city, Bluradio, and at Video M Italia, a local TV station, where I put into practice what I had learned so far. Then, the big call. In 2014, one of the top Italian national TV networks, Sportitalia, hired me as a sports journalist linking my passion for sports and my ability to communicate. In 2015, well aware of my potential, I decided to move to the United Kingdom, setting the city of Birmingham as my new home where I own my recording studio from which my productions are now used and broadcasted all around the world.
