Born in Istanbul in July 1964, master actor İsa Telci has taken part in many successful projects from past to present. He has served in multiple roles including announcer, voice over artist, and host. He is a founding member of SETEM | Sinema ve Televizyon Eseri Sahipleri Meslek Birliği. Additionally, he is an instructor at Bihter Sanat Akademisi. He began his professional career in 1993 with ATV Sabah FM. Subsequently, he has worked at media organizations including Radyo Glop, HBB TV, NTV Radyo Pop, Alem FM, Kanal-F TV, iNFO karma Radyo, Bizim FM, Best FM, and ATV. He has undertaken roles such as General Manager, News Director, News Anchor, Program Producer, voice over artist, corporate voice, and host.

I completed training in diction, voice acting, and dubbing from renowned theater and voice actors at a leading educational institution in the industry, earning my certification. I performed on stage at the municipal city theater for two years following my acting training. Preparing and hosting radio programs, audiobook narration, and IVR voice recording are among my past projects. I currently continue my work from my home studio. I enthusiastically take on projects in all professional areas where I can use my voice.

UK Based. I have my own treated and very well-equipped studio from where I produce broadcast quality recordings for my clients around the world. Day-to-day, I use a Neumann TLM 102 Condenser Microphone, Focusrite Interface / Audacity and RX8 Elements from iZotope. I have been working in voice-over and dubbing for 25 years. I also serve as a diction and public speaking instructor. I have voiced over 450 episodes of programs at TRT, dozens of promotional films and public service announcements in the private sector, and thousands of commercials.

The first time I entered a club at the age of twelve, I wondered where the music came from and spent the whole night next to the DJ asking him what each thing was for in that universe of buttons, lights and knobs that were around me. That day began my connection with what would be the engine of the world that I would discover over time: music, communicating and delivering entertainment experiences through art.

I have over twenty years of experience as a voice over artist and actress. My recordings are in Spanish with a neutral Latin American accent. You can use my voice for corporate videos, telephone systems, cartoons, commercials, audiobooks, and podcasts. I provide Spanish dubbing for television channels such as FOX, Discovery, Lifetime, and Nat Geo.

I do voice-over work in Turkish and English for commercials, social media content, documentaries, and animation projects, and I also record radio jingles. I work as a post producer at an international post-production company, so I understand not only how a voice sounds, but how it works within an edit. I spent 5 years at Radyo Bilkent, producing live broadcasts, jingles, and original programs. During that time, I created shows like “Spoiler” (cinema), “Bi Rota” (travel), and “Demarkaj” (culture & arts) across YouTube, live radio, and podcast formats. I also worked at Bubble Works Media as a podcaster and audio content editor. I trained in diction with Mehpare Çelik, former chief announcer at TRT, and I also worked as a stage presenter during my time at Bilkent. I have a degree in Communication and Design from Bilkent University and a Master’s degree in Filmmaking from Eötvös Loránd University. My voice is generally natural and clean, but I can also adapt to more energetic or character-based styles when needed.
