Noir Thornton is a Voice Actor, Gamer & Creator, from Richmond Hill, Queens, New York. Noir has been actively working as a voice actor since 2020, when he was 17. Since then, he's worked with a diverse pool of clients and brands, such as PlayStation, Harley-Davidson, LiveWire Electric, McKinsey & Company, Arrow Films, and more. Thornton's got a deep passion for gaming, creating, acting, cooking, practically all-things artsy & entertainment. And Noir Thornton's dream is to tell stories, create art, through video games, animation, film & more. I graduated from Istanbul University in 2008 with dual degrees from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and the Department of Economics in English. I completed my training in Dubbing and Voice Over at both fundamental and masterclass levels. I am a voice over artist focused on bringing emotion and character to texts. With a natural, fluid, and compelling tone, I work on commercial, promotional, and storytelling projects. I aim to create a strong connection with the listener by interpreting each text in a way that suits its own spirit.

I completed the Voice Over and Diction Course at Diyalog, founded by Can Gürzap. I graduated from Hacettepe Üniversitesi with honors in 2019. A year prior, I completed my training in Diction, Acting, Voice Acting, and Announcing at Başkent İletişim Bilimleri Akademisi with distinction and received an MEB-certified diploma. In 2018, I worked as a voice-over artist for documentary films at Ankara TRT Stüdyoları. In 2020, I appeared as a supporting actress in two television series on ATV and Star TV. Throughout 2021, I studied Eric Morris acting techniques, diction, dance, and dramaturgy at Craft Oyunculuk Stüdyosu for a year. During this time, I joined the cast of Kadıköy Emek Sahnesi and performed in a theater production. In 2022, I trained in acting with the Ivana Chubbuck Method at Harika Uygur Stüdyosu. To date, I have appeared in three music videos as an actress, dancer, and vocalist. In 2023, I became the voice-over artist, brand ambassador, and host for numerous brands. I currently continue my career as an actress, voice-over artist, and vocalist.

I am a creative freelancer with more than 10 years of experience, including audiobooks, animation, video games, commercial videos, e-learning, and podcasts. Among my favorite parts of voice acting is character voices, inspired by reading to my son. My voice is elastic, so I can work with you to create the specific character you'd like. I believe a balance of creativity and collaboration is the key to a successful voice over.
