Born in Istanbul in 1978, I graduated from the 9 Eylül University State Conservatory, Opera and Vocal Arts Department. To date, I have worked as a voice over artist in various radio, television, and private projects, primarily with the State Opera and Ballet.

I hold academic training and certification in voice acting and dubbing in both Turkish and English. I have participated in many different public and private projects including: ***Turkish dubbing for foreign series, films, documentaries, and cinema productions ***Radio commercials and corporate announcements in Turkish and English ***Audiobook narration ***Hosting for invitations and events I can perform completely unique vocal character work including: ***Boy voice (ages 7-12) ***Parrot voice (there are only 3-4 people in Turkey who perform parrot voices—this is a highly specialized vocal performance requiring strong vocal cord technique) ***Mature woman voice (ages 30-40) ***Elderly woman voice (ages 70-80) ***Girl voice (ages 7-10) All my projects are completed in my private studio using professional voice recording equipment. I deliver my work promptly, maintaining high quality and adhering to all requested specifications including voice type, duration, and other criteria.

WHO IS KAMIL? I came into this world in July 1982 with an empty brain and a clear conscience. The rest is as you know it. I walked, said mom first; then dad... I don't know if they fought over it. Because I don't remember... Then I grew up. I attended schools with various names. They gave me diplomas, I gave them tuition... Just like yours, in order... Elementary, middle, high school, university... I skipped school a lot, got into mischief, played ball. In the cafeteria line, I pretended to be annoyed at those pushing from behind. Then I worked... I paid debts. Military service debt, tax debt, credit card debt, debts of the heart... And I understood; it doesn't end with paying debts. I worked even harder. And yes, I loved. Thankfully, many times... I was wrong, I was deceived, I laughed a lot, I cried a little. I also did things that, when listed one after another, might be perceived as accomplishments. But they're not really worth mentioning. I experienced what everyone experiences. I was ordinary. Perhaps my most important trait is my ordinariness... WHAT DOES KAMIL DO? I met the microphone in November 1999. I started as a program producer at Küpe Fm, broadcasting in the Trakya region. After working until 2004, I left with the goal of becoming the boss at a smaller radio station. I ended my ownership adventure at Silivrim Fm, which I operated for 4 years, after receiving a letter from the military recruitment office stating that they needed me. After completing my short-term military service, I founded Bilici Medya in late 2008. I continue to produce voice overs, promotional films, documentaries, video clips, and social media content.

Lisans düzeyinde aldığım Türk Dili, İletişim ve Tiyatro eğitimlerimle yaklaşık 15 yıldır seslendirme yapıyorum. I am 48 years old and a professional voice over artist. I graduated from Ege Üniversitesi, Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio-TV and Cinema. Since 1993, I have worked professionally in various television and radio channels as a director, producer, presenter, program and news anchor, and VTR voice over artist. I work on diverse domestic and international projects including foreign film and animation dubbing, commercials, promotional content, documentaries, poetry, IVR systems, and audiobook narration. I record all my work in my own studio using professional equipment. Depending on my schedule, I am also available for projects requiring remote recording. I provide voice overs in Turkish with an Istanbul accent. For projects requiring acting, I can also perform different accents and dialects. I can voice male characters ranging from 30 to 90 years of age, and bring unlimited animation and video game characters to life within the same project using different vocal tones. I provide voice over and dubbing services in both Turkish and English.
