About
Ali Düşenkalkar graduated from Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory in 1983. After graduation, he began working at Istanbul State Theatre. He has served as an actor, director, and assistant director in approximately 38 plays. He has provided voice-over work for approximately five thousand hours of films, TV series, animated films, radio theatre serials, and documentaries. For 15 years, he has been presenting Atatürk's Speech accompanied by transparent projection to civil society organizations, military schools, universities, high school senior classes, and Turkish communities abroad. He teaches diction, phonetics, drama, and public speaking at Dialog Anlatım ve İletişim. He currently works at Istanbul State Theatre. He is married and a father of one child. He is the older brother of Munis Düşenkalkar. He voiced the lead character V in the Turkish version of the film V for Vendetta.
